Service and food was great till we finished everything and was made to wait 30 minutes for the ice cream that came with the kid's meal. When asked where is our ice-cream, the unhappy waitress said the ice cream is now put on 'expedited order'. Next time, please tell the customer to order the ice-cream upfront with the meal if a simple serve of ice cream had to put back into the queue among the new orders, making your customer wait 30 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream that does not take more than a minute to serve.

The customer service is great, hence my one star. But that was the only up side. I ordered the Medium rump with garlic prawns. The rump was bleeding, barley even medium rare. The texture was like baby food. Very mushy and just seemed like a really cheap piece of meat. The side vegetables were so hard with no seasoning. The chips were okay, a bit soft, would’ve been better if they had some crunch. The garlic prawns, were inedible. As someone who loves to cook garlic prawns… they were so over cooked and tasteless, prawns shouldn’t be crunchy & The garlic sauce tasted like it from just heated from a packet. Not work the $40 I paid.

We came in for dinner to treat an overseas guest to an authentically Australian experience and we were really embarrassed by the unprofessional service from the 2 young ladies that served us as well as the wait time on our dinner. We are a family with 3 kids and came in at around 6pm. We ordered around 6.15 and only received our dinner just after 7. 4 other groups entered well after us and received their dinner before us. When we did get our food it was absolutely shocking to say the least! The chicken parmigiana was tiny, dry and the cheese was burnt, the burgers were dry and tasteless and the chips we very obviously refried as they were brown and oily and tasted so bad... everyone at the tables chips was aweful. I am not one to write a bad review or complain, but honestly for the $160 I paid for 6 people who hardly ate their food I left feeling like I had been robbed! We have eaten at hogs breath in Cleveland and Victoria Point and loved their food, service and vibe. Your branch was disappointing and that's not to say this is how it always it as my husband said to eat there because he had lunch there a while ago and the food was great.

Only ever been here twice, 1st time Steak was serves grean and off and staff and staff only replaced meal for another full price meal. 2nd time tonight Steak was again off and smelt, and salmon was undercooked with raw vegetables served. Won't be returning for 3rd time, should've gone to Grill'd or nandos
